My style is a kind of ‘Boutique’ style coaching that is 100% tailored to you, your needs, your desires, your transformation.

I offer 3 month, 6 month and 12 month one on one private coaching.

Each package comes with daily meditations and Kundalini, Breathwork and journal-ling.

I have found what combining these tools sets you up for another level of transformation for you to open up to whats possible for you.

In other words, you will be able to see possibilities that you couldn't see before.

I am FULLY available to you,  (and, as I said before) I am 100% committed to you and what it is you are choosing to transform and step into.

Also, in between our sessions, you have access to me by phone/text/email AND all of my private coaching includes two weekly group classes via zoom that will begin with deep Kundalini Breathwork.

So, you can give yourself the gift of feeling light and free! Like the true you.

Then we will explore anything and everything ~ whatever the group is wanting in the moment… focusing on loving:
